These terms are between you and Suchitra Vijay Verma, trading as The Teaching Press, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By browsing this website, buying a guide, or using a membership, you agree to these terms.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

The Teaching Press sells digital teaching guides and an online reading membership for teachers. You must be legally able to enter a binding contract and, if buying for an organization, have authority to accept these terms for it.

You must provide accurate purchase and account information and keep your membership access credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Unless a product page states otherwise, each guide purchase includes a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for one teacher to use the guide in their own professional planning and classroom practice.

You may print copies for your own planning use. You may not share the files publicly, upload them to shared drives or learning platforms, resell them, claim them as your own, circumvent access controls, or distribute them to other teachers or schools without a written site licence.

A membership gives the subscribing customer online access to the guide library while the subscription remains active. Membership access is personal and may not be shared.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected monthly or yearly billing frequency until cancelled. Applicable taxes and billing details are shown at checkout. You can cancel through the customer portal or support link shown in checkout and receipts.

You must not misuse the website or products, including unlawful use, fraud, spam, infringement of intellectual-property rights, distribution of malware, security probing, scraping at scale, interference with checkout or website systems, or attempts to access another customer’s account or content.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious violations of these terms.

The guides provide practical teaching ideas and general professional guidance. They are not legal, medical, safeguarding, employment, financial, or other regulated professional advice, and they do not replace your school’s policies or local education authority requirements.

You are responsible for adapting strategies to your students, subject, school, safeguarding duties, and local regulations.

We work to keep the website and membership available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation. Features and content may be updated, suspended, or withdrawn for maintenance, security, legal, or business reasons.

If a change materially reduces a purchase you have already made, we will provide a reasonable alternative or refund where appropriate.

The website, guides, covers, page designs, templates, text, branding, and related content are owned by or licensed to The Teaching Press and protected by intellectual-property laws. Buying a guide gives you the limited licence described above; it does not transfer ownership.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, guides, and membership are provided without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Nothing in these terms removes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy and Paddle's refund process. Billing, duplicate-order, download, cancellation, and subscription questions should be sent through the support link shown in checkout or on your receipt.
